Town and Country Homes had this impact with us when you and your team of contractors built our home. It is rare in a person or family’s lifetime to be able to build one brand new house. For us, we were fortunate to experience this process three times. Each time we had a different builder with a different experience. Our third, and possibly last build of our lifetime, was with you at Town and Country Homes and we thank you for being our partner.

 

We were fortunate to find you as builder. Before we knew you, we had heard you were someone who operated with a high level of integrity which was important to us. We felt it easy to trust you and appreciated your easy communication style even when we knew we were pushing the limits of your service. Your attention to detail and ability to see things from the customer’s point of view puts your skill set in the elite level of builders which we recognized.

The customer service you provided before, during and after the project closed was truly the best we’ve ever experienced. From design through project completion we always felt informed and safe knowing we would have high quality and high value.

There are many contractors who build houses. Many will claim they are the best, fastest, most affordable, most experienced, or better than others. You claimed none of those things. You let your actions and service do the speaking for you. Most importantly, you did not build us house.
