Town & Country Homes, LLC, based out of Holmen, WI., is owned & operated by Bart Gunderson, alongside a talented & professional team of craftsmen and subcontractors. We are a full service “design / build” residential General Contractor that has gained a reputation for high quality custom homes, and attention to detail work for 15+ years.

Starting in 1997 as a home designer & estimator for a local building supply company, Bart has designed hundreds of homes for both homeowners & contractors in the Western Wisconsin / Eastern Minnesota areas. Construction experience on his own began in 1998 with the construction of his first home in 1998. This was followed up by forming Town & Country Homes, LLC in 2000 as a part-time venture to pursue his passion for designing and building new homes, and then growing into a full-time business building numerous single & two family homes in the coulee region.

We believe in energy conserving building techniques allowing your home to pay you back over the course of ownership. We strive to make the building process as timely, positive, informative, and enjoyable for everyone involved. All while taking pride in meeting or exceeding expectations and maintaining the construction schedule and on budget.

From start to finish, you’ll walk hand in hand with the owner of the company throughout the entire building process, ensuring your details are implemented, and the highest quality construction standards are adhered to.

If we chose outside of the budgeted amount, we were given the overage amount ahead of time to approve so there would be no surprises at the end.
